Built for the Hard Days

OncoTrack was created during my wife’s treatment for stage 3 breast cancer. I watched firsthand how “chemo brain,” fatigue, and side effects could overwhelm even the strongest person; making it hard to remember, let alone explain, what each day felt like.

So we built something together.

OncoTrack is a simple, powerful symptom tracker designed for patients going through chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation; or for caregivers supporting them. You can quickly log how you're feeling, track changes over time, and generate easy-to-read reports for your care team.

Because when you're running on empty, your tools shouldn't add to the weight.

Simple Entry

Each day, it's as simple as toggling a switch or sliding a slider to choose the intensity of your symptoms. Scroll through the list. Choose your symptoms. Save the log. That's all there is to making an entry.

Customize. Or don't.

If there's a symptom we don’t list, you can add your own by typing its name and tapping “Add Symptom.” Once added, you can toggle it on or off as needed. Custom symptoms will stay available for future days until you choose to delete them. You can also add notes to highlight anything that feels especially difficult or worth mentioning on a given day.

Forget something?

In case you miss a day, you can simply tap the date in calendar view. The app will tell you if a log exists for that day. If a record does not exist, the app will create one for that date. Otherwise, it will open the log entry for editing.
